How do I join a course?

Use the link or join code from your trainer, team lead or teacher. In the iPhone app, tap Join and enter the code. On the web, go to gamifai.app/join.

I forgot my password.

Reset it at gamifai.app/forgot-password. We'll email you a link.

I didn’t get my sign-up code.

Check your spam folder, then use “Send a new code” on the code screen. Codes expire after a while, so use the newest one.

Does my progress save?

Yes. Your progress is saved to your account, so you can switch between the app and the website and between game styles without losing it.

Voice practice won’t hear me.

Allow microphone access for GAMIFAI (iPhone: Settings → GAMIFAI → Microphone). Voice practice uses your trainer's practice tokens; if they're used up, ask your trainer.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Account → Delete account. On the web: Account → Delete account after signing in. Or email us and we'll do it for you.

I’m a trainer. How do I make a game?

Create courses on the website: gamifai.app/sign-up. Upload a PDF, review what the AI builds, then share it with your learners.
