Questions
- What counts as a learner?
- Anyone who joins one of your games with your link or code. On Classroom, that’s students who joined in the last 12 months. On Team, it’s people who played in the last 30 days. Each person counts once, no matter how many of your games they play.
- Do retakes cost extra?
- No. Plays and retakes are unlimited on every plan, so learners can practice until they’ve got it.
- What happens if I hit a limit?
- Nothing you’ve built goes away. When you’ve used your AI-built games, you can still edit by hand. When you reach your learner limit, people who already joined keep playing; new learners wait until there’s room or you upgrade.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, anytime from your Plan page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Does the AI make things up?
- Everything is built from your document, and every lesson point and question cites the page it came from, so you can check it. You review and edit before anything is shared.
- Is this a replacement for required training?
- No. GAMIFAI helps people learn and practice, but it does not replace legally required training, licensing or certification.
